United Kingdom Deliveries:
We offer free delivery for all United Kingdom and Channel Islands using Royal Mail tracked 48 hour service (2-4 working days) for all orders above £50. £2.75 postage and packing for orders below £50 using Royal Mail tracked 48 hour service (2-4 working days).
For express orders we charge £5 and use Royal Mail tracked 24 hour service.
In the UK we offer free 60 day returns for exchanges or refunds.
Delivery to All Other Countries:
A modest delivery cost is charged, this is displayed at checkout before your are required to purchase. Delivery to EIRE is charged at Euro 5.00.
How to return your order:
If you purchased your item in the UK or channel islands at pitas.co.uk go to our returns portal below:
Please put the packing slip with the shoes and mention on it whether you would like a larger/smaller size or a refund.
Repackage the item in the original packaging.
Take your item to any Post Office or request a collection and keep the tracking receipt as proof of return.

Remember to repackage the shoes securely in their original box and package the box in a bag or secondary box for return and put the packing slip with the shoes noting on it what you would like.
Please note we are not liable for any parcel which is damaged or lost in transit when being returned.
The shoes must be returned in as new condition, in the original packaging and with labels intact.
